ngd9 Complete Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

ngd9 is an online gaming platform that offers cricket betting, slots, live casino, and various games for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legal agreement between the ngd9 platform and the user.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version shall be considered the authoritative document. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be deemed final.

ngd9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and play any game on ngd9, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. ngd9 may request official documentation to verify age at any time.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be permanently closed and all deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure and all transactions will be considered void. It is your responsibility to notify ngd9 immediately of any changes to your information.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited. You must notify the support team immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

ngd9 conducts identity verification to ensure the security and transparency of the platform. You may be asked to provide identity verification documents in the following situations:

• When submitting your first withdrawal request
• For withdrawals of large amounts
• If unusual activity is detected on your account
• When age verification is required

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. If the required documents are not provided in a timely manner, the account may remain restricted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

Transactions on ngd9 are only available through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals below this amount are not permitted.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Processing may be delayed if identity verification is pending or if unusual activity is detected.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal:

• Your account must be fully verified
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled
• Where possible, try to withdraw using the same method you used to deposit
• Withdrawals must always be made to your own registered account

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ngd9 offers a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 means you can receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After claiming the welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms — read them carefully
• A bonus can only be claimed once per account
• ngd9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first

8. Account Suspension & Closure

• Extended period of account inactivity

8.2 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Upon receiving your request, all bonuses will be cancelled and any remaining balance will be returned through the designated process, subject to all active wagering conditions being met.
